Shipping Policy
We ship across India. Shipping charges vary by location.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns as product details provided on our website are accurate.
- However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@tibistore.in within 12 hours of delivery, along with timestamped photo and video evidence.
- Products must be returned in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
- For refunds due to returns (exceptional cases only), the shipping cost from your address to our warehouse will be deducted.
- If the returned product fails our quality check, a 50% deduction will be applied before issuing the refund.
- In case of exchanges (email at support@tibistore.in ), you will be responsible for:

- Shipping charges from your address to our warehouse, and from our warehouse to you.
- Any price difference if the exchanged item costs more than the original.

- Exchanges will only be processed after we receive your product back and complete a quality check.
Incorrect Contact Information
- If incorrect details are provided and delivery fails, the order will return to our warehouse.
- We will try contacting you via registered phone/email.
- If reachable, the package will be resent with additional shipping charges.
- If not reachable, a refund minus shipping charges will be issued.
- Please notify us if your package hasn’t arrived within 15 days of order placement.
Order Cancellation
- No Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are accepted.
- All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options.
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in exceptional cases.

- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds are always processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
- If the refund doesn’t appear, contact your bank with the RRN number (available on request from us via email or Instagram).
